The book 'Cheap Houses in United States' was first published in 2011; available thru 'Amazon'. For nine (9) years 'Amazon' reported no book sales. So I decided to make the book 'Cheap Houses in United States' available as a blog: 'Cheap Houses for Sale in United States'. This blog was first published to prove ’Amazon’ reports of 'no book sales' lack credibility. To-date over 10,000 has read the blog; regular folks needing affordable housing who want to know how to get it. This blog (and the book) have been written with no advanced real estate quantitative analysis (fancy words for calculus) or advance econometrics (fancy word 'what are the odds?') and no real estate evaluation models ('so for example') in mind.
