WELCOME
The book 'Cheap Houses in United States' was first published in 2011;
available thru 'Amazon'. For nine (9) years 'Amazon' reported no book sales. So I
decided to make the book 'Cheap Houses in United States' available as a blog: 'Cheap Houses for Sale in United States'.
This
blog was first published to prove 'Amazon' reports of 'no book sales' lack credibility. To-date over 10,000 have read the blog. Regular folks needing affordable housing who want to know how to get it.
This blog (and the book) have been
written with no advanced real estate
quantitative analysis or advance econometrics and no real estate evaluation models
in mind. So
much for college when the call is for simple straight forward financial
simulations to evaluate investment, valuation, and risk. To date 'Amazon' keeps reporting 'no book sales' and so to-date I am still
short of a million units of a major currency, such as the United States
dollar ($1).
The tools
presented here offer access to affordable housing solutions; simple
steps to finding and owning a home regardless of financial
circumstances. It expands the

I
have bought some of the worst and ugliest houses; foreclosed properties
from HUD (Housing and Urban Development), the VA (Veterans
Administration), the USDA (Department of Agriculture), the Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac properties. For the

I have bought many homes that are in 'The Twilight Zone";
abandoned surreal homes with unexpected bidding wars and unconventional
pricing. Derelict as
they may seam I looked at what they could become. Thinking and creating
as I went along. I organized the stages for repairs needed and became a
'scavenger';
hunting for discarded materials. Stuff not useful to the one who threw
it, but I would think of what I could do with it. I have taken
packing crates apart and reconfigured the wood to make doors and
furniture; and the swirly nails (not having been able to buy even a
pound of 16 commons) I have, one by one, straightened and reused.
