This
blog was first published in 2020 as
'Casas Barata en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos' (spanish version of- 'Cheap Houses For Sale in United States'). The book in spanish was first published in 2011;
available thru 'Amazon'. For nine (9) years 'Amazon' reported no book sales;
not one copy had been sold? So in 2020, I
decided to make the book 'Casas Barata en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos'
(spanish version of this blog- 'Cheap Houses For Sale in United States') available as a
BLOG.
When I requested 'Google AdSence' for the
BLOG 'Google' said the content had no
'AdSence' worthiness. Since 2020, six (6) years have passed, and over 71,000 people have read the
BLOG 'Casas Barata en Puerto
Rico y Estados Unidos'. People from the US, Europe and Asia visit and read the
BLOG 'Casas Barata en Puerto
Rico y Estados Unidos.
If over 71,000 have read in nine years for free and if between 2011 and 2020 71,000 had bought the book (but Amazon denies) at $5 earnings per book 'Amazon' never paid around $355,000.00. To date 'Amazon' reports 'NO BOOK SALES'. And so to-date I am still short of a million units of a major currency, such as the United States dollar ($1).
This
blog was first published in 2020 to prove 'Amazon' reports of 'NO BOOK SALES' lack credibility. Regular folks needing affordable housing need and want to know how to get it. And this blog (and the book) have been written with that thought in mind. With no advanced Real Estate quantitative analysis
outlook or advance econometrics. With no Real Estate evaluation models in mind. So
much for college when the call is for simple straight forward financial
simulations to evaluate investment, valuation, and risk.
Applying the K.I.S.S. principle and doing the best I
can with the two (2) neurons I have left. The tools
presented here offer access to affordable housing solutions; simple
steps to finding and owning a home regardless of financial
circumstances.
This
blog "Cheap Houses For Sale in United States" is for finding and
purchasing properties in United States (and Puerto Rico). It expands the
content of the book "Cheap Houses in United States". I wrote the book
"Cheap Houses in United States" because if you don't know Spanish, the
book 'Casas Barata en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos' is WORTHLESS. And if you did know spanish and bought the book from 'Amazon' Bezos never told me.
I
have bought some of the worst and ugliest houses; foreclosed properties
from HUD (Housing and Urban Development), the VA (Veterans
Administration), and the USDA (Department of Agriculture) are generally
properties with great equity potential. I have bought Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac properties. These days visit their websites. For the

I have bought many homes that are in 'The Twilight Zone"; abandoned surreal homes with unexpected bidding wars and unconventional pricing. Derelict as
they may seam I looked at what they could become. Thinking and creating as went along. I Organized the stages for repairs needed and became a 'scavenger';
hunting for discarded materials. Stuff not useful to the one who threw
it, but I would think of what I could do with it. I have taken
packing crates apart and reconfigured the wood to make doors and
furniture; and the swirly nails (not having been able to buy even a
pound of 16 commons) I have, one by one, straightened and reused.
