Written for the many who through no fault of their own are unaware of the simple steps to take to finding and owning a cheap home, regardless of current financial circumstances. When I started buying houses no one told me how to find a cheap house, how to buy it with or without credit and with or without time on the job. My interest is that people who need a cheap house to make a home have the tools that I did not have and that they help others to also be empowered.
