HUD (Housing and Urban Development), VA (Veteran's Administration), USDA (Department of Agriculture), Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac own cheap property and home listings are easy to obtain. Registering on the website or provide personal information to get a list of homes is optional. Properties from HUD, VA, Agriculture, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac need repairs. The homes are not new, but the price at which they are offered is much less than it would be if they did not need revamped. The homes for sale are properties that an institution owns as a result of foreclosure to a borrower. The purchase price of the properties must be paid in cash and some can be financed thru special rehab programs that allow purchasing and financing the cost of repairs.  Visit and follow the URLs' for HUD, FannieMae, FreddieMac, VRM and USDA real estate owned homes.
